The prisoners shouldn't have to feel the pain and suffering feeling it shutting there system down slowly the number of executions dropped from 100 in 1999 to 39 last year. I agree with the author because he understands that a prisoner shouldn't be killed for kiling someone i think its best to let the prisoner rot in jail. The author is an expert because he is giving reasons stories percentages from the number of prisoner on death row dropped from the 90's explaining that the prisoner feel the pain choking snorting while the lethal injection and the electric chair. The U.S. should abolish the death penatly. The article was published 2:48 March 9, 2014 manufacturers are cutting off supplies of lethal injection drugs because of opposition to the death penalty, and prison officials are scrambling to make up the deficit.
